Very good and informative course. I enjoyed the practical side as well as the classroom session which was really interesting.

The Trainer was very knowledgeable in theory practice and in the practical exercise. Also the Trainer was very Professional as the class was a mix of different people skills, and he remained calm at all times and with a good sense of humour, and also helped with some IT issues!
