Course covered all emergency first aid needed in the workplace. The trainer was very knowledgeable.

The Trainer was very personable. He came across really well and brought a calm light hearted approach to a very important subject. His way of explaining things by using real life experiences also brought to life just how important the skills that he was teaching us could be. I found the course contents to be just the right level for what I needed. Overall, a very highly recommended course.

The course was completely full of the required information for applying in a busy retail store and was delivered in an easy to understand and entertaining way by Lesley. Lesley knows her subject thoroughly after working in the airline industry for so long. It is very obvious that she has a great interest in the subject that goes a lot further than Level 3 and was very helpful.for applying to all the situations that we are likely to meet in our workplace. I would highly recommend her.
