Great course overall, a lot of information to take in in a short space of time but was all explained in an understandable detailed way with real life examples. Some sections were very useful and has given me comfort in the knowledge that I can now deal with these situations if I have to.
Excellent course! The trainer, Lee, presented a wide range of relevant First Aid material in a very organised, professional, and friendly manner. At no point during the day did you feel bored or disengaged with the material, as Lee presented it such an interesting, easy going, and 'fun' way!
