Jake was great very imformative and not to soft on us. Made people think for themselves rather than giving the answers, role play really helpful as it puts you in the situation rather than just talking about it.
The trainer along with the content were of top quality. A good friends atmosphere. I would recommend to others.

The original leader phoned in sick and CEC were not clear when they picked up the message. At 9:15am approx. we were told the leader was ‘running late’ and not long after this were told the truth. Thankfully Roddie stepped in last minute and was amazing. Thank you so much. Had he not it would have been a wasted day and I would have had to book yet another day off. He stepped in and was great, clear and made the content interesting. His pace was excellent and I felt I could ask for help on both practical and physical activities. I brought in my own device issued by CEC and sadly the link to your website does not work as the council have blocked it. I ended up using my own personal device. This is no fault of GreenCross Global and you may want to let the council know.
The course was layed out and presented very well with practical simulations to keep you motivated
