I thought the course was good and all topics were covered by the trainer who was excellent. The only downside was that the building wasn't opened on time which meant it wasn't a great start. The lack of facilities at the venue was poor as it would of been nice to be able to get a hot drink (tea/coffee) at some point throughout the day.

This course was beyond my expectations. Frans kept everyone engaged throughout and I highly recommend taking this course with him.

The course itself, content and trainer were great. Facilities ( sitting on a chair without a table and making notes its very not comfortable for this course) and lunch not provided when we are here from 9 till 4-5 is just poor organisation.

Great day, refreshed on updated first aid and felt confident after the course to apply first aid if needed
