Lucy was a great trainer, she engaged the group, was very clear in her instruction and demonstration of the techniques required and provided clear feedback the whole way through the day, would highly recommend both green cross and Lucy!

Matt, he's got positive passion for teaching First Aid course. He's answered all our questions and, give hand out lot of information & knowledge about First Aid. He's used lot of different ways to teaching us, ensure Every Single One to be understanding how became Successful First Aid, How First Aid able to Safe Life.
