Good course with range of practical, video and talking elements

Lecturer and training material are really great. It’s a lot of information but taught at a good pace and level for everyone to keep up. A good mix between note taking, theory and practical.

Very knowledgeable and brilliant instructor with real life examples suitable for the course. Would recommend him for any further training I need in First Aid.

Rhiannon was a brilliant trainer .. she struck just the right work/chat balance with our group .. hugely informative, very thorough, and she had great humour. Best course I've done,and I've been a first aider for 15 years !

A very confident and vocal instructor. Although a 'full on day', i came away very impressed and instructed !!

Tony did a fantastic job,the group had a wide range of ages & ability but Tony made sure all the group understood the information. He did great practical work as well as him talking through situations & what the process is.The equipment he brought was great to practice with & let us see how it works. Thanks Tony
