Trainer was excellent, a very good refresher
Excellent venue (parking a bit expensive) Dawn made the course very interesting and kept everyone’s attention
Found the course really helpful and tutor was really engaging and having not been a first air before it was a lot of information to take onboard but thanks to the support I feel confident that I can be a valued First Aider
I absolutely loved the experience and Tom made it all the more enjoyable! I have decided since completing this course that I’d like to pursue a career in paramedics. Although i couldn’t rate this course enough, I would have liked a book or something tangible to have with me so I can reference and reflect on what I’ve learned on the course.
It was an enjoyable course. It was fast paced and relevant, it covered everything we need to know as first aiders in a school.
Very enjoyable course made very easy to follow by a very good trainer
The power point presentation was very good but very difficult for me to remember, without it it seems a tick in the box exercise just to pass the multiple choice at the end. Would have like a paper or PDF copy of the course information.

The Trainer was excellent, very engaging, full of energy and made the session really fun. Out of all the first aid courses I have been too this has been the best one by far!
