Taff is a credit to the Greencross service and is a gifted orator, educator and instructor. Massively improved my confidence and knowledge across all areas of first aid and did so with real charisma and enthusiasm.

Excellent trainer with an excellent style of training, i did not get bored once. I have learned so much and feel confident now in first aid. The trainer knew his stuff and shared this, he never had to once go to his laptop to get the answer he knew it. Very interactive training very confident trainer and it was a very informative course.
