The course was good, the trainer was knowledgeable and engaged with the room with answering questions when asked. The course was lengthy but didn't feel long which was nice. I feel the course could of done some more practical and or role play to see the information that was provided put into action.Response : Matthew, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. As a psychiatric nurse and mental health first aid instructor i am very familiar with the content of this session, however it was great to see that the training offered was much aligned to that of the MHFA, NHS and other relevant charitable organisations. Helen was a great trainer, manged the pace of the session well and was very engaging. Overall good content, good info which can be used in real work scenarios. To add value: handing out the pack prior to meeting so we had chance to read and have questions ready and would have been able to particpate more in the session and been a bit more engaging.Response : Clare, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, your comments are appreciated. The material doesn’t really relate to my job role too much as my customer conversations are usually too short to build a rapport.
