The course was very insightful into things you can easily overlook as non important and the impact they have as well as explaining the complexities in dealing with customers.

Alastair was a fantastic trainer, quickly put you at ease even when discussing a more serious subject matter. I enjoyed the open discussion sections/investigation of the course, very informative listening to other students point of view on the varying topics.

A tough subject matter But Alastair kept it light hearted, interesting and engaging throughout. Course was also a little bit different which was a pleasant surprise, more 'interactive' and self-sufficient.
