Pauline was a fantastic trainer and done a great job with keeping everybody involved and enthusiastic throughout the course. I have definitely taken on board multiple aspects of the training and look forward to applying them in my working environment.

The training was quite interesting and enlightening, thanks to the trainer. However, the training should have been like 3 days because I feel some of the topics were compressed due to time limitation.
