Informative content whilst also utilising Trainer's own experiences and expertise - well worth attending for all levels from a basic refresher to new people and inexperienced mentor programmes. Gave great examples of systems to use whilst creating a programme as well as when 1st linking in with new mentees.

I felt that course was very good. Pauline was clear & articulate on her delivery and took the time to make sure we were all understanding.

A very beneficial and inclusive training session, covered most areas of where one would encounter conflict in the workplace, and I have gained insight into how to manage these encounters with more confidence that I am doing the right thing.
