Really good refresher course, good to get ideas of how to deal with things in certain situations. Very informative, and good to refresh the mind about Mental Health & what to do to try and overcome things such as Stigma

The refresher course was a great way of sharpening up my knowledge and keeping up to date with the Mental Health Training. It was good to streamline and ask everyone what they would specifically like tpo get out of the session. There was lots of great information, and it was collaborative.

Very good training course will now take on Train The Trainer Course for fire wardens.
