I found Alastair to be really informative, approachable and friendly throughout the duration of the course. Great level of interaction and use of breakout rooms. Useful video, interesting discussions. Plenty of awareness created of a whole range of mental health areas, and also useful to do the exercise on signposting too. Thank you - I am sure we will all be able to support others better and ourselves with the information learned today.
