Overall the course was very handy I learn new things I had no clue about like musicales/joints in your body is the same size as your pinky, and learning a lot about the portable host

I found the course very helpful and very informative, there weren't too many attendees either so it allowed everyone to speak up and give examples of situations in the workplace where we are struggling with Being Assertive. if there had been too many people in the room I would have been too shy to speak up. I really enjoyed the course
