I really enjoyed this training today. Although i have worked with company for many years and do alot of manual handling at my service i really enjoyed the way Patrizia done the training. She was very knowledgeable and enjoyed the feedback/questions from staff.

Training was very interactive and the trainer took her time to explain every details, regardless of the number of times she had to repeat herself. Overall training was really helpful.

This was great course with good opportunity for discussion to increase learning. Marc was a great trainer who was knowledgeable and had the ability to put everyone at ease to gain the best from the sessions.

We were a small group, with positive questions and ideas, the trainer provided a forum where we all were able to provide anecdotes of our experiences and possible solutions where needed, to support each other with 'real' work situations. This was enabled by the trainer whilst maintaining the structure of the course, and it's journey through to the micro training we each had to demonstrate.
