Pauline is very good trainer and has the ability to cover all the contents in a very relatable way. The information is delivered in such a way that its easy to understand and Pauline ensures everyone has fully grasped the content by involving all the trainees and making it very interactive.

Thought the course was very informative and interesting. Pauline was great at explaining everything and any questions we had she had a good answer for. A lot of involvement to keep us engaged and felt like there was a lot of real-like examples and methods we could actually take into the workplace - overall an informative and enjoyable course.
