Found the course really incitefull

Amanda delivered an excellent course and was extremely helpful.

Very interesting, a bit heavy at times. Brought out many issues, it will help with helping people in the future and for myself.

Absolutely loved the course . I have been wanting to do this for some time and like everything just didnt get round to it so thanks to Lorna and Gary for making the journey to Aberdeen to deliver this very worthwhile training . The best part was the interaction between Lorna , Gary and the participants . I left feeling very empowered and wanting to learn more ! Lorna is a complete star , i must admit i was in awe of her and how she has turned her disability into a real positive . You go girl xxx

The training went well and the trainer was absolutely wonderful. The trainer was able to carry the participants along, which makes the training interesting. I have learnt alot .
