Course was good, proper content and really interactive. Trainer was brilliant, very knowladgeble and with lots of explanations.

Absolutely loved the course . I have been wanting to do this for some time and like everything just didnt get round to it so thanks to Lorna and Gary for making the journey to Aberdeen to deliver this very worthwhile training . The best part was the interaction between Lorna , Gary and the participants . I left feeling very empowered and wanting to learn more ! Lorna is a complete star , i must admit i was in awe of her and how she has turned her disability into a real positive . You go girl xxx

I found the course really good it was a lot more hands on instead of reading information off of a PowerPoint. I really liked how our trainer also engaged with us too
