Very informative and thought provoking - reminded me of the type I came across a young girl looking to jump of a bridge and had to keep her talking until help arrived, very stressful and worrying situation.

The training was amazing , we have learnt alot. The trainer has equipped us with the perfect knowledge for the HCA position. I felt that on the next one we need maybe 2 days for the training. All in all it was a nice training.
