The course was well laid out over the three days. There was a good mix of visual aids, practical participation and discussion. Lee was great at getting across the information and encouraging everyone to ask questions. Lee held the room without participants losing interest. There was a good mix of teaching aids, which kept your interest.

An interesting and helpful course which would really support me in my role as an employability keyworker.

Lee is a very knowledgeable first aid instructor. He provided a calm and easy going learning environment while still getting the important aspects across. He was open and happy to engage in discussion/debate with learners which enhanced the overall experience.
