Pauline was very enthusiastic and engaging throughout the whole day. Training was very interactive and I liked how Pauline based how to have conversations and communicate effectively around our job roles making it more relatable meaning I can then use this in future.

My experience was 1-21 with trainer, who was lovely and made me feel at ease. Very informative and thought provoking. Lots of strategies suggested, some of which I have in place. I've taken notes of links for more information around workplace policy design. I will definitely share all information provided as handout and would recommend this course. The only thing I can think to improve would be a little more interactive with technology. However, it was very engaging and quite challenging I think to have only once candidate on your course. I feel lucky to have had the 1-2-1 experience. Thank you.
