The trainer was engaging and delivered the course content exceptionally well. However, some aspects of the training requires physical participation.

Blind behaviour "you know" used far too frequently! Liked how they singled out individuals and asked direct questions of delegates to ensure some degree of participation from all attendees. Use of break out rooms and more group discission / activities to share knowledge, experience and ideas would have been beneficial. Facility to put learning into practice e.g. giving scenarios to discuss how we would approach as a group? Lots of why and what content, not enough how. More real life examples would have been useful. Perhaps this kind of training would be more effective when there are people from different organisations to share best practice and ideas? It felt like a long day! Still, overall it was useful and a few takeaways!
