The trainer kept everyone engaged, had a very fun teaching style. I have learned about safe moving and handling through theory and practice. I have also learned about legislation and the human spine. Patritzia also checked in with us to ensure we were still paying attention and didn't require any breaks, she gave feedback during the practical part of today's training ensuring we are able to learn and improve, when we were learning the theory she got ourselves to answer questions.
