really good course. although you think you know everything and I feel confident with my customer service skills I felt I still discovered more about techniques and how to apply more effectively. Also reassurance was given on handling situations.

I'm happy with the material provided though as someone who struggles with attention when reading. It would have been nice to have had a little less PowerPoint and Book Reading. Though the trainer was able to suggest some alternative sources which were very helpful.

Some of the questions in the handbook could have been worded a lot better in relation to what we were trying to achieve as an outcome

I found the course hard work but I did like the mix of workbook, video and instructor led learning. Although I found quality of the videos weren’t great and some of the voiceovers on the videos were off putting. Craig was great, clearly knowledgeable about the subject.
