The course run by Ian was well paced and allowed time for practical application of the course materials. Ian was very friendly and presented the material in a clear and understandable way.
Good course, very informative, made far better by Lynn, who is very engaging and clear.
Interesting course with ssome very strong points ref leadership and management, would have been helpful to have info prior to training
