Andrew was engaging throughout and demonstrated building great relationships. The pace was perfect and Andrew applied just the right amount of time for people to vent before pulling the group back in.

Andrew was a great facilitator. He was engaging and shared real experiences that are relevant. The course helped me see that it’s my actions I need to change to influence situations. To not focus on what I can’t control and to assess a situation before I respond or take action. I found it useful to have a mix of people in the same office base (Cardiff) and it’s useful to have a HR representative in the session.
