I really enjoyed the course and found many helpful tips to add to my managers “toolbox” with which i need to practice and hone my skills with. I found the activities in the workbook useful, but also would have enjoyed the opportunity to welcome group discussion around answers.

A really interesting and helpful course with fantastic facilitator Only issue was some text in the books was quite small and the flow if documents/pages didn't match the presentation at times
