Really interesting day with very interesting facts in a relaxed and engaging way.

It made me think about the nature of communication and how we can pick up when the customer states something that is not quite being said.

I enjoyed the course and felt Paul was very informative, it also help that Paul made the course interactive and allowed us to share previous experiences as examples.
