Enjoyable session, the team building/change process dealing with the stack was highly enjoyable and thought provoking.
Great session and lots of learning to take back and share with colleagues.

Decent course but would be better classroom based.
This is a really good and effective course. It was interesting to note the difference of opinions between the staff taking part. This encouraged some healthy discussions.
The session was for 3 hours but could of easily been longer with more scenario training and greater focus on NFRS concerns/values etc
A shame about the technical issues but Helen handled it really well and the course was great.
