Mark was an excellent trainer, very approchable with a lot of knowledge.
It was another good session, we had touched on elements of this before during the 2 previous models but it’s good to be reminded of these

Lots of to take in. I am not sure whether the introductions in the beginning eats into the learning time. One session not really covered as we were at lunch time. Perhaps a shorter break too?
