I really enjoyed the session Martyn was engaging and approachable. OARS model I liked it's something I will use. On reflection I feel less worried than yesterday as Martyn provided some great tips at the end of the session.

Excellent session, Stuart was very good (as usual). Technology allowed me to speak with other attendees for the 1st time which made a big difference for me.
