Really enjoyed the training, interactive and meeting new people

The module was very eye opening, it demonstrates how some things can be considered to be discrimination when others may not see it that way, it has given me a clear thought process around this.

i enjoyed discussion with colleagues again.

A good opportunity revisit STARR's Three Stages of a Coaching Assignment with greater awareness and consider how this would be implemented with knowledge accrued during the coarse.
