Great day, a lot of information delivered, very interesting
Enjoyed todays lesson, far more interactive with everyone else than on previous modules. There was less power point slides and more discussions.

Great discussions and got to learn a lot about other peoples roles and how they deal with conflict etc.
Didn't think this course would impact a statutory service but it was very insightful and will be able to apply learning in the work place
Helen is such a good teacher, a lot of this content could have felt dry but she is so positive and engaging
