Very enjoyable, well delivered using technology really well to keep it interesting
very informative first module with interaction and group discussions which helped share some practises with different colleagues within the council
Really enjoyed the training it has been very helpful to use and put into practice as we move back into office working
I really enjoyed the day and found it really useful. It was really useful to be able to not only learn about the theories and definitions but to also talk about this with other members of the group which helped to make the information stick!
