I was really nervous to begin with and didn't know what to expect, after the first hour I felt much more confodent, Mark put us at ease and went through everything really clearly. Also picked up on things we had said at the start of the session and brought in throughout the course so really felt that Mark had taken an interest
Really good start to the whole apprenticeship, very enjoyable day
Really enjoyable Bernie was a great motivator and made the session very enjoyable 😉
Very enjoyable day. Good to mix with others and take time out of day to concentrate on leadership and learning - thank you!
First time with Richard leading the course, found him more engaging and informative. Not sure exactly how to explain in few words... but he just got the presentation and expression right !
