Working in HR we already cover and consider a lot of this. I was surprised by the structure of the session. It felt more like another workshop, whereas I thought it had been billed as an action learning group session so had expected it to be more of a build in workshop 1 and how we apply it day to day.

Room was quite small which was OK as a number of people did not attend but if there had been all participants present, it may have been over crowded

Some of the training was more relative to the private sector, nevertheless it was still very useful

Really good session, very engaging.

Mark was a very good trainer and the information provided was good and useful

Love the small group definitely my favourite part of the course is the learning module, day flies by too
