Good session, prefer smaller groups and structured conversation

Very useful

It is good to meet with other managers for a time of reflection and sharing.

I felt hesitant about coming to today’s session due to workload but I am so glad I came as have found it so useful.

Enjoyed the session and found it valuable to my learning. The reflections as a group really allow time to think and breakdown what we are doing and also push us to think higher.
