Great training session and enthusiastic trainer. The course was delivered excellently despite it being a virtual workshop. Very happy.
It was great to catch up with learners from my organisation and also useful that the workshop was much smaller being the last one. It felt more personal and focused.
Knowledgeable trainer, good content and plenty to go away and think about.

Emma went above and beyond to run through additional learning slides on Job Crafting. She also helped me to understand how I can work with my coachee to helped her accept compliments - something she has been struggling with.
Emma was very knowledgeable and generous in sharing her knowledge and it was very clear and well timed. Her enthusiasm for the subject shone through and was inspiring. I feel empowered to continue studying and learning about mentoring and understanding how to leverage it in my own practice.
