I felt that the exercise at the end of the course was very beneficial and constructive.

I found it very useful that we were split into groups to brainstorm and structure answers to the questions that we will be assigned for module 3. I would recommend this happening in all modules.

very good - excellent delivery pace & well timed breaks

Rich was great trainer, very knowledgeable and used several teaching techniques to break up the learning. The training was interactive despite being on Teams and the breaks were well spaced.
