I can take this back to my senior on call and support the staff across the site to review and look at things differently. Really good course. Will be able to use in practice when dealing with families of babies on NICU. Excellent examples of practice used which made the theory more relatable.

Interesting speaker, made it really easy to engage I will use the information learnt when dealing with stressed patients and putting things in place before they reach a level of concerning behaviour. It has made me more aware of what cues they may display

Excellent course. I deal with complaints on a daily basis at work & it has really taught me to look into the person & why they may be behaving a certain way before I make assumptions.
