Scott was brilliant, very easy to get along with & made me feel comfortable which I feel is important as we were all strangers. Scott was very clear in his presenting skills & full of knowledge. Linda was great. Very informative and was happy to cover things that people weren’t sure on and needed reminding. I really enjoyed this year’s refresher course. The video was outdated and wasn’t appropriate for this school setting. The quiz was good but perhaps the questions could have been worded better with a hint as to how many points you can get per question.Response : Hi Charlie. Thank you for your feedback. Learnt more on this course than last time doing PBS training. Trainer really held the learners on the course interest. For what is a potentially a tough and emotional subject to train in...it was really great that we all were able to discuss things regarding the subject matter, plus we were given the opportunity to voice our opinions regarding our practice in the school as a whole. I feel prepared to be able to practice PBS more confidently now.

Linda was excellent. Very clear delivery. A very supportive and encouraging approach. The video in the afternoon session did not seem relevant to the task given.

Great trainer! I really liked small group, this allowed discussions more open and questions answered.I feel like video could be done more apropriate to us, our setting.

I think the video was not relevant in future a video pre made showing scenarios at our school would be more useful. The quiz was good fun but could be more clear on points value. Some of the info was repetitive. Linda was lovely and made it fun but professional. The group size of around 12 was much better
