Fabulous course I really enjoyed it and found it beneficial to my role as a manager to have a better understanding of my service users behaviours.

The course was educational and it will enable me to understand better the people I work with the trainer was good and help me be confident with the skills

I found this course very informative and I know it will help me in my job role in the future because of learning more about the arousal model. Also learning about the restrictive physical intervention and the laws around when using this.
