Very helpful, and the presenter knew her stuff and i learnt a lot
The course would be better face to face but times do not permit. That would give the opportunity for discussions to take place,
I completed the online course with my husband and we both found it valuable. We took away pointers that we've continued to use and it has helped us to understand how we can help each other on a day-to-day basis. Really useful, pitched just right, relevant tools that I can see myself using a lot. Good understanding of the difficulties we are facing as managers. I think this should be 100% mandatory so all employees can have this level of support and understanding from their line manager.
