I thoroughly enjoyed this session today - I attended the mental awareness workshop a while back and it was a great opportunity today to recap on bits from that and to then look at things from a managers perspective and what we can do to support ourselves and also our employees and it be meaningful. I really engage with Tamsen's style of delivery, connectivity and presence. I find I really take in more thanks as well for the follow up email with the resources

This was a really helpful and interesting course. Facilitator had fantastic knowledge and delivered the course in an engaging way. The science and biology was extremely interesting and helpful to fully understand stress and mental health as well as giving useful actions.
