Useful combination of mental health first aid type content with personal resilience content. I like the way the course supported to us to improve and protect our mental health

A well delivered course, by 2 people who obviously have knowledge and experience in working with people with both good mental health and those with compromised mental health. I particularly found D.O.S.E. helpful. Something that i am putting in place for myself. Thank you I look forwards to being a participant in the face to face course. Rochelle Van-Croom

This is a very useful course to remind you the ins and outs of being positive in one's life in order to lead a healthy life. Obviously the set up was not ideal with the sound failing some of the time. I had terrible trouble joining in and had to install another software to be able to do it. it was very stressing. it was very useful and I would love to redo it. I look forward to receiving the presentation as it was sometimes a bit too much information to take in. (English is my second language).

I enjoy learning more about the happy hormones. The DOSE Up. It is good to know the science behind it. I suggest that the facilitator leaves the definitions on screen for longer (I didn't have enough time to copy everything). Very good training. I found the tips very useful, for example the gratitude journal. Many thanks.

Thank you so much for this course. The content and delivery style were spot on and I think it would be of benefit to all staff, whether they experience mental ill health or just want to find out more. It was especially useful during these challenging times!

I would have preferred there not to be a break with such a short course and for it to be shorter given everyone's so busy - however I do appreciate this may not come across as being relaxed and positive. I would also like to have had a bit more on how to deal with work colleagues stress in the workplace but perhaps that is in the full course Overall really enjoyed it and found it very informative

Really eye opening. Especially the section on REM sleep. And the fact that we are more in control than we realise.

It’s a good course to boost knowledge in mental health, before I found it hard to know what was happening to me mentally and what things I can do to help by acknowledging and improving what’s happening to me.

Completely worth it..was facing a lot of fear going in today and I withdrew..but feel a little more positive now..would really love a one to one before I could go in only because i have no human or family contact at the moment and I can see how the isolation has made me really fearful and depressed even though I'm generally a positive person.
