Really eye opening. Especially the section on REM sleep. And the fact that we are more in control than we realise.

It’s a good course to boost knowledge in mental health, before I found it hard to know what was happening to me mentally and what things I can do to help by acknowledging and improving what’s happening to me.

Completely worth it..was facing a lot of fear going in today and I withdrew..but feel a little more positive now..would really love a one to one before I could go in only because i have no human or family contact at the moment and I can see how the isolation has made me really fearful and depressed even though I'm generally a positive person.

Very good level of knowledge delivered about the course contents but would like the slides to reflect, review and digest so I can look at implementing across my teams.

Excellent course full of interesting information and "brain" facts. Tamsen's delivery was superb - she obviously "knows her stuff", was very engaging/inclusive of all attendees and paced it perfectly for online. Great practical tips were included too - particularly useful in these challenging times!

Tamsen is a personable HR/Training professional. Her breadth of knowledge and skill in mental health awareness is strong. Not only has she brilliant facilitation skills, Tamsen is able to empathise and easily relate to each attendee, even across Zoom! Her engaging and interactive style meant that 2 hours just flew by! I would heartily recommend Mental Health in the Workplace to you.

I felt the content was spot on for a 2 hour workshop (time flew by), it was clearly presented with an element of discussion and well illustrated slides. The presenter was warm, friendly and engaging and with her knowledge, made this serious subject, easy to talk about. Very interesting to discover the neuroscience behind why we suffer with mental ill health or compromised mental health. I think everyone would gain immense value in joining one of these workshops in order to not only support their own mental health but help to remove the stigma related to it, by gaining the knowledge and understanding. Brilliant and engaging!
