Tom is a great instructor. Not only is he very knowledgeable and up-to-date, he demonstrated flexibility and molded his class based on the students. As noted above, the course was great. We only had seven participants so we had great dialogue from everybody. It is basically excellent course. Except the food provided is monotoneous. You need to prepare more variety of food by which we can choose.
