enjoyed the course and the teacher was very good at what he does.
Awesome instructor and great course material
Satisfied overall with the experience. I'll recommend to others and may continue with other ACI courses in the near future.
I HIGHLY suggest adding a course at the beginning that starts with Computing Basics (peripherals, Windows functionality, a little Google functionality), Research 101 (how to search, what to search for, and how to verify credibility), AI Tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Gemini, an overview of others) and how to use AI to facilitate learning, and Troubleshooting fundamentals (what questions to ask, how to research them, how to make sure you're citing credible resources), documentation, active listening, and emotional intelligence. As this program is marketed as preparing anyone for a career in IT, even if they have no experience, the core skills I mentioned above NEED to be covered. As the program stands I see it is at high risk for earning a reputation of one of the stagnant bootcamps contributing to the IT Skills Gap.
Not bad, just wanted something less reliant on me looking stuff up outside of class but I get it.
Overall great course and I plan to take more courses with ACI.
Thank you for the opportunity, I will share ACI Learning with others.
This is a great course for strengthening job hunting skills. I only wish it was longer to provide more one on one time with the instructor.
This has been a very good experience for me. I have my ITIL certification and am confident that I will earn my A+ certs, as well.
Came to the program with no experience in IT at all, I have now a grasp on a bunch of concepts in the IT world. Great way to get started towards my career path in IT.
