I would recommend this course and I enjoyed this course. Worth the time and money.

The course objectives were not clearly defined. I cannot answer that.. but Melissa was willing to answer everyones questions and was very patient.

I would never recommend ACI to anyone and would never take another course unless it is my only option. That is only due to the grossly incompetent directions, lack of timely help and complexity of logging on. I was so frustrated and angry about the difficulty logging on and the lack of help that it took me a least a couple hours to start enjoying the course.

Melissa Eagan is a truly awesome instructor. She is very thorough and guides you step by step.
